How to fix Samsung OC / 0C / OE
Turn off the water if it is overflowing
If water is spilling out, close the supply valve under the sink. If water is near the outlet or cord, switch off the breaker rather than touching the plug. Wipe up water in the base before restarting.
Check your detergent
Use only detergent made for dishwashers. Hand dish soap, or too much detergent, makes foam that confuses the water level sensing.
Check the drain hose and filter
Make sure the dishwasher isn't sitting on its drain hose and the hose isn't kinked, then clean the filter as described for 5C. Switch off power before reaching into the tub.
When to call a technician
If the dishwasher keeps filling with the right detergent and a clear drain, close the water valve and request service. The inlet valve or water level sensor may be faulty.
