About Baxi
Baxi is a long-established British boiler brand found in many UK homes. Its boilers show faults as a number, usually starting with E on older ranges such as the Platinum and Combi 800, while the newer Combi 2 and System 2 ranges use a different code list, so check which range you have.
Baxi boiler error codes
- E133Gas supply interrupted or flame failed to establish
- E128Flame failure
- E118Low water pressure in the heating circuit
- E119Low primary water pressure (Platinum Combi)
- E110 / E130Overheat lockout (primary water or flue)
Before you start
- Find your model number. It's on the rating label, usually inside the door or lid, on the frame, or on the back or side panel.
- Try a reset. Unplug the appliance or switch off its breaker for 10 minutes. Many codes are one-off glitches.
- Stay safe. Never bypass safety switches or work on live wiring, gas or refrigerant lines. Each guide tells you when to call a technician.
